Real-time threat listener for the ThreatAttest chain. Subscribes to the chain's
CometBFT event stream and prints threat attestations as they are published.

Change in v0.1.1: the default node host is now s6l.com
(tcp://s6l.com:26657); previously it was localhost.

Usage

# all transactions (defaults to s6l.com:26657)
txwatch

# threats only (publish-only)
txwatch -publish-only
