Aster Now UCI Compatible as of v0.1.0

This post marks the very first released, pre-compiled binary for the Aster chess engine. Currently, the bot has very barest bones of a UCI implementation - just enough to mostly work with the Lichess team's bot hosting utility.

At its current state, the bot simple plays a random legal move for a given position through UCI, and even then has been found to make occasional illegal moves.
