• #5239 a97d64c1d401f2bdfb8c549cff6c4a4732d465be Thanks @erkancamli! - Fixed getEnsAvatar substituting the {id} placeholder of ERC-1155 metadata URIs with the raw token ID instead of its lowercase, zero-padded hexadecimal form.

• #5238 8b685f84ca257c1558bf3735dbd3c9e7acf19f5b Thanks @Iamsohungrynow! - Fixed encodeEventTopics and parseEventLogs hashing an indexed string arg as raw bytes instead of UTF-8 when the string looked like hex (e.g. 0x1234).

• #5240 323c9fda96b89e941c046fd51f5d9b4e98aab5cb Thanks @wavebyrd! - Fixed an issue where an empty version on EIP712Domain would generate the wrong signature.

• #5241 da50caabd9df56fb0a4a6d8e71d28325a806cb36 Thanks @ksrr9351! - Added RWA Chain and RWA Chain Sepolia chains.

• #5236 72950dd9442df72fbcb78a3949a778c9bfc78f8d Thanks @jxom! - viem/tempo: Hardened Relay sponsorship.

• #5243 2be950705bead4672b1b65852120fd0bfed2f9de Thanks @Slokh! - Added a transactionReplacement chain config hook to waitForTransactionReceipt. Fixed viem/tempo replacement detection to respect nonce slots, so expiring-nonce waits no longer resolve to an earlier transaction's receipt.
