Pools in stores and plugins, wildflower.tier and wildflower.features, pool.version, and fixes across stores, plugins, queries and pools. A store or plugin can declare data-only pools in a pools block, with a key option for the identifying property. Errors from stores and plugins now reach their onError, and reach the console in production. Every attribute accepts the data-wf- prefix.
