• review-consistency after its first run with the new validators. The file list now includes
  the machine-readable artifacts (.json, asyncapi/*.yaml) and work/traceability.json; the
  three Task prompts carry a <VALIDATOR_OUTPUT> block and the result a validators object; the
  ADR checks are split — record shape to Task A, graph-side (upstream ids resolve, nodes carry
  sources, prose decisions have records) to Task B; "already tracked in Open Items" downgrades
  uniformly to minor; an orphan_events entry counts as catalogued for the AsyncAPI check; the
  nine Canvas parts are named; finding text follows output_language; the registry stamp is
  stated, including clearing the previous run's completed_at on re-run.
