Release v0.22

feat: firmware 1.x compatibility, test suite and v0.22 release

- unify serial layer (serial/ws/tcp) with ANSI handling + interactive capture
- add info module (info device/power/power_debug); power.info -> info power
- rewrite NFC for the current sub-shell CLI (scan/dump/emulate/field/apdu/raw/mfu)
  with per-UID Mifare Classic key cache helpers (build/write_key_cache,
  import_nfc_keys reading the native .nfc dump format)
- fix storage KiB parsing (#21) and dynamic IR protocols incl. NECext (#15)
- fix date parsing; subghz device arg; debug -> sysctl debug; reliable multi-line writes
- guard threaded stop(); raw-string regexes (no SyntaxWarning on 3.12+)
- add hardware-free test suite (47 tests, fake serial) + optional hardware tests + CI
- document removed stock commands (ps->top, music_player, nfc detect) and bump to 0.22
