Releases: wh01s17/agenthub-plugin-obsidian

0.5.1

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 06 Oct 03:14

Fixed

  • In a narrow pane the whole view could scroll sideways and push the message box buttons out of sight: the label of an on/off option pill escaped the pill row. Long note paths in messages and tool details now wrap instead of widening the view.

0.5.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 06 Oct 02:54

Added

  • Images in the chat: paste a screenshot (Ctrl/Cmd+V), drop image files on the message box, or pick them with the Attach images button. Thumbnails can be removed before sending, and you can send images without text. Sent images appear in the conversation (click to enlarge) and in the session history.
  • Large images are scaled down to fit the agents' limits, and formats they do not accept (such as BMP) are converted. Up to 10 images per message.
  • If an agent does not accept images, the message is sent without them and the conversation says so.

Fixed

  • Saved conversations that included the "could not continue the previous conversation" notice lost that entry when reopened.

0.4.1

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 02 Oct 18:20

Fixed

  • History rows highlight as one rounded row on hover, without the inner button border and shadow; the current session shows a soft accent bar, and keyboard focus rings the whole row.

0.4.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 02 Oct 18:00

Added

  • Setting to limit how many agents work at once across tabs and panes (off by default). Extra messages wait their turn, shown as "Waiting for another tab to finish…" and a hollow dot on the tab; Stop takes a waiting message out of the queue without sending it.
  • Notice when an agent edits a file that an agent in another open tab or pane has also edited (can be turned off in settings). Nothing is blocked.
  • Reorder tabs by dragging them, or with Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Left/Right on a focused tab.

0.3.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 02 Oct 17:18

Added

  • Tabs: several conversations side by side in one view, each with its own agent and process. Switching tabs does not interrupt any of them, and each tab keeps its draft.
  • Tab indicators for working, waiting for permission, error, and finished-but-unread; a permission request from a hidden tab also shows a notice. Nothing is ever approved automatically.
  • Commands to open, close, and switch tabs (no default hotkeys). Double-click a tab to rename it.
  • The tab bar sits at the top of the view and keeps the active tab in view when you switch tabs.
  • The unrestricted mode confirmation names the tab that asks for it.

Changed

  • Sessions opened from history open in their own tab (or in the current one while it is still empty) instead of replacing the conversation you are in.
  • The view saves its list of tabs; layouts saved by 0.2.x reopen as a single tab.
  • Renaming a session in the history panel also renames its open tab.

0.2.1

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 02 Oct 07:44

Fixed

  • A new permission request scrolls into view even if you scrolled up, so its buttons are never hidden below the message box.
  • The conversation stays at the bottom while replies finish rendering, instead of stopping a little above the latest content.

0.2.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 02 Oct 06:31

Added

  • Appearance settings: message style (bubbles, cards, or plain), density, text size, accent color (agent or theme), placement of the agent options, expanded tool calls, and usage display. Changes apply to open views at once.
  • Agent options (mode, model, effort…) as pills in the message box, with a panel that lists each choice and its description; effort levels show as a level meter, and unrestricted modes are highlighted in red.
  • The mode, model, and other agent options you choose are kept for new sessions and after restarting Obsidian. Unrestricted modes still ask for confirmation each time the agent starts.
  • Two-state agent options, such as fast mode, appear as switches with their name.
  • Up and Down in the message box recall the prompts sent since Obsidian started, like a shell history. The history is not saved.

Changed

  • Refreshed design: message bubbles, rounded message box with a round send button and context at the top, softer cards for tools and plans, and a permission card with one primary action.
  • Agent options appear in the message box by default; the previous selectors above the conversation remain available in settings.
  • README screenshots retaken for the new design, including the agent options panel, context, and appearance settings.
  • README adds a table of contents and installation from the community plugin directory; screenshots are shown expanded, two per row.

Fixed

  • Agent detection in settings shortens paths in your home folder to ~.
  • Tool and permission titles show paths relative to the vault instead of full system paths.
  • Reopening a conversation no longer stops the agent when it cannot continue the saved session (Gemini after restarting Obsidian): a new session starts and the view says that the earlier context was not restored.
  • The suggestion list follows the highlighted item while moving with the arrow keys, and long descriptions are limited to two lines.

0.1.1

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 02 Oct 03:55

Changed

  • README discloses external processes, network use, adapter downloads by npx, required accounts, and file access outside the vault, as required by the Obsidian developer policies.
  • Release assets include GitHub artifact attestations to prove they were built from this repository.

Fixed

  • Timers in the agent connection, process cleanup, and session saving use window timers, for compatibility with Obsidian popout windows.
  • The visually hidden text used for screen readers no longer relies on clip-path, which older Obsidian versions only partially support.

0.1.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 02 Oct 03:26

AgentHub 0.1.0

The first functionally complete release, with maintainer acceptance of the manual review.

  • Release acceptance checklist and completion guide.

Fixed

  • Long permission labels wrap to fit the panel, including when zoomed.
  • User messages and attachment labels can be selected and copied with the mouse.
  • Version synchronization instructions use a manual bump without a tag prefix.
