We want some kind of output log files that can be consumed by the user or Agents to help debug issues with the CLI and desktop workflows

* Create and manage a basic workspace logger
* Update the generated Claude.md to reference the log file
* log workspace scoped API calls and CLI calls
* log session starts and stops
* log publishing workflow and results
