Right-clicking a quest now opens a menu instead of just untracking it, and quests can be
pinned so they stay on the tracker no matter how you have your filters set.

New Features

• Right-click a quest for a menu: pin it, track or untrack it, focus it, open it in the map
  and quest log, pop out its details, look it up on Wowhead, or abandon it. World quests get
  their own shorter menu. Achievements, professions and endeavors are unchanged, and still
  untrack on a right-click.
• Pin a quest to keep it on the tracker whatever your filters and "only show tracked" say. A
  pinned quest carries a star, and pinning one you had hidden unhides it.
• Other addons can add their own entries to the row menu and their own icons to the tracker
  header, so a companion addon can put its features where you expect them.

Improvements

• Importing from Everything Quests now also carries your per-character state: pinned and
  hidden quests, which sections you had collapsed, and your saved world quest watches. Only
  your settings came across before.
• /eqot status reports how many quests are pinned.
