Karaoke / Music Collab fixes

• Aligns the Karaoke dock with the ASMR dock’s Role → Room mode → Configure → Live flow.
• Restores Create Room after browser authorization and makes account checks deterministic.
• Reuses saved installation authorization instead of reopening the browser unnecessarily.
• Shows visible setup and room-creation errors in the dock.
• Uses the relay endpoint returned by the Control Plane.

• Fixes the Karaoke / Music Collab plugin failing to load with Windows error 126.
• Bundles the required libsodium.dll runtime in the Karaoke installer and verifies it during installation.
• Retains the 0.1.3 authorization improvement: Host and Send reuse the saved authorization instead of opening the browser on every action.
• Every dock reports update-check status and alerts when a newer installer is available.
• The packaged Karaoke DLL was load-tested successfully against OBS Studio 32.2.1 with Qt 6.11.1.

Superseded by v0.1.4. The v0.1.3 Karaoke installer omitted a required libsodium.dll, causing OBS to reject obs-karaoke-relay.dll with Windows error 126. Please install v0.1.4 instead. The ASMR and vScene 0.1.3 installers are unaffected.

• Browser authorization opens only when credentials are missing, incomplete, expired, or rejected by the server.
• Temporary account-check network failures keep the saved sign-in and do not launch a browser.
• Every dock now shows a pleasant update-check status and an alert when a newer installer is available.
