The SLM Hologram Generation System is a high-precision computational optics tool designed for Spatial Light Modulators. It enables researchers and engineers to generate and export complex phase masks with real-time parameter tuning.

  • Multi-Mode Support: Seamlessly generate various light field distributions:

    • Singular Optics: Vortex beams and Laguerre-Gaussian (LG) modes.

    • Cartesian Modes: Hermite-Gaussian (HG) modes.

    • Diffractive Beams: Airy beams and Bessel beams.

    • Optical Elements: Fresnel Lens and Propagation phase simulations.

  • Atmospheric Turbulence Simulation: Built-in Kolmogorov turbulence model with adjustable Strehl Ratio (SR) and sub-harmonic compensation.

  • Precision Grating Control: Independent horizontal ($n_x$) and vertical ($n_y$) carrier frequency settings for efficient first-order diffraction separation.

  • Hardware Compatibility: Native support for 8-bit grayscale BMP export, optimized for mainstream SLM pixel pitches.

馃摝 Installation & Usage

  1. No Environment Required: This is a standalone portable application (.exe).

  2. Download SLM_Phase_App.exe from the Assets section below.

  3. Ensure fx2.mat (if provided) is in the same directory for amplitude-to-phase mapping (optional for pure phase modes).

  4. Run the application and click Generate Preview to visualize.
