Windows folder picker fix

• Fixes Select Workspace failing with “win32 folder dialog worker exited before reporting a result” in the packaged Windows app.
• The controlled dialog worker now starts in child-only Node mode through ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE; users do not need to configure environment variables.
• The Windows release job passed both the worker regression test and a smoke test that launches the packaged DSHCode.exe directory-picker path.
• The macOS directory-picker path is unchanged.

• 用户不需要设置任何环境变量；修复只作用于受控目录选择子进程。
