mancode v0.5.6

  • 集中化公共 Continuity 工作流命令注册中心，CLI help 与双语文档同源生成，恢复 update/archive 的文档覆盖。
  • 移除过期的 planning、release-acceptance、context-economy 与 local-overlay 工件，清理仓库技术债。
  • 加固发布门禁：覆盖率下限、适配器升级与发布审计契约，升级至 Node 22+，依赖 0 个高危/严重漏洞。
  • CI 新增 Node 22 与 24 双版本覆盖、依赖漏洞扫描与 dist 适配器校验。
  • 同步 npm、README、中英文文档与网站版本到 0.5.6。

发布门禁：PR #31 与 #32 的 Quality / Windows 检查全部通过；干净 clone 的 release-check、916 个全量测试、跨 clone、legacy migration、production audit、pack 与安装 smoke 全部通过。
