This is a minor release to fix various issues around Supervision trees and caches.

Fixes:

• Corrected an issue where Hooks do not connect to the Cachex Supervisors

Improvements:

• Added a way to update the state of a Worker process
• Refactored Cachex.start/2 to use Cachex.start_link/2 and then unlink after the fact
• Refactored Cachex.Hook.hooks_by_type/1 to be more efficient
• Refactored how provisioning and reset messages are received by hooks
• Refactored several public functions which did not need exposed
