v0.4.0 — Aspect ratio controls

Adds a default-on keep aspect ratio switch to target-pixel and mm + DPI print modes. Enabled behavior fits the source inside the requested box without cropping or stretching; disabling the switch preserves exact width and height output. Missing values from older workflows default to enabled.
