Changelog

Fixed changelogging build silently dropping all *.bugfix.md news
fragments from the generated changelog. The custom [types] mapping in
changelogging.toml renamed fix to bugfix, but the default order
list still referenced fix, so bugfix entries were never rendered. An
explicit top-level order = [..., "bugfix", ...] is now configured.
Fixed the released 0.19.0 binary panicking with Failed to create process
when launched. The daemon and client child consoles were spawned by the
hard-coded name csshw.exe, but the release workflow packaged the binary
as csshw.<version>.exe, so CreateProcess could not find it. Child
consoles are now spawned via std::env::current_exe(), and the release
workflow keeps the executable inside the archive named csshw.exe.

Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (required if launching csshw.exe fails with a VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found error) - download

csshW is a portable application and is not installed.
Just download the .zip archive, extract it and run csshw.exe
