• Activating a license now tries a second route if the first one cannot reach the server, instead of reporting you as offline straight away. Some networks break one kind of connection and not the other.
• A key pasted from an email or a web page can carry invisible characters that come along for the ride and make a perfectly good key look wrong. Those are now removed before the key is checked, so a paste works as well as typing.
• Spaces around a key were already ignored. Nothing about a key you type by hand has changed.
