Wideband Setup 0.6.0 — pilot

Adds client-controlled startup and manual update checks, a pinned public update feed, GitHub Release history, exact checksum/trust notices, and durable SSH agent-session memory.

This is an ad-hoc signed pilot, not a notarized production build. macOS may require Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. Wideband Setup never installs an update without the client.
