Add pt-BR translation

Added Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR) translations for strings and metadata texts. Note that not all strings have been translated, reasons were explained ahead.

This string I didn't get the context:

name="parent"

Some are not yet translated in English:

name="modification_sort_type"
name="alpha_numeric_sort_type"
name="ascending_sort_order"
name="descending_sort_order"
name="sort_type"

Sadly, I couldn't build the APK myself for testing. I'll be revisiting the files if needed.

The string parent is when we click on the 3 dots in the edit view. There is a line "parent" which tells us the parent folder of the note. I agree its not a very descriptive name so i just changed it by "parent_path".

Some are not yet translated in English:

The english file is the source of truth. If there are not translated in english, this means those translation are no longer used in the app. This won't cause problem, there will just be ignored when compiling the app, so you can remove them.
