KB — Public Knowledgebase Plan

Planning repository for a public, open-source knowledgebase at kb.asdfji.com (Markdown articles in a GitHub repo, auto-published as a static site). This repo is the project's memory: any Claude session (Chat or Code) can resume from HANDOFF.md alone. Building happens in Claude Code from briefs/; this repo governs what gets built and why.

Licensing: site code is AGPL-3.0 (LICENSE); article content is CC BY-SA 4.0 (articles/LICENSE).

Status

Phase 0 — Intake. Planning files scaffolded from the intake conversation; awaiting owner review at the Phase 0 gate.

How to work this

1. Open the folder; read HANDOFF.md.
2. Answer the pending gate question or supply the requested input.
3. Claude advances exactly one phase (or one brief) and stops at the next gate.

Rule: the plan advances one acknowledged step at a time. That is what makes it splittable across chats and reliable across models.
