10.3.24 Test LED colors and Wifi fun

I've just spent the last two days tinkering and making my own custom firmware that covers the following:
✅ Lights stay green until door open (if door open during print, stays green until 5mins after finish)
✅ Fixed shutter effect on Bambu camera caused by constant updates to the LEDs (clean picture at low brightness now 🙂 🙂 🙂 )
change code for MQTT to only update LED's when there is a change
✅ Able to specify WiFi MAC address to ensure connecting to closest AP with same name
✅ Test lighting for each LED color (overrides Bamabu state)
✅ removed an updateLED call to avoid 'blinking' due to occasional MQTT dropout
✅ Visual Wifi Strength debugging (>=-50 dBm Green, >= -60 dBm LightGreen, >= -70 dBm Yellow, >= -80 dBm Orange, <80 Red)
✅ Modified Debugging option (debug change) to only display log of changes, instead of a constant stream of data that doesn't effect LED colors)
✅ If Wifi Strength goes up or down by 5dBm, that also adds an entry to the log (to help BLLED orientation)
