11.3.24 More Green found to be required

Found that I stuffed the logic for the finished state.

This release fixes that and adds a timeout feature.
✅ Lights stay green until door open or closed
✅ After it returns to White a timer starts. After 30mins, the BLLED lights go out. Opening/Closing the door will restart the timer.
