Download neurlcar.zip and move it into:
bakkesmod/data/neurlcar/models/
The easiest way to get to your bakkesmod folder is to open the bakkesmod injector window and navigate like so:

Then, "extract here" using 7zip (recommended), or "extract all" (but "extract all" will probably be even slower than just installing 7zip. So just install 7zip man)

Make sure your bakkesmod/data/neurlcar/models/neurlcar folder looks like this:

Now, back in Rocket League click "Verify Model". Or, you can simply restart Rocket League or restart the plugin.
