Paseobility v2.12.2

Paseo Design now removes low-value UI copy and decoration through concrete composition and review criteria.

• Remove repeated heading/status explanations, decorative micro-labels, redundant card wrappers, automatic emphasis/effects and generic filler. Preserve input labels, accessible names, units, time ranges and recovery guidance.
• Translate references into proportions, typography, density and image treatment. Review a representative desktop/phone composition before extending it, then correct the largest visible mismatch.
• Keep working tools focused on the task instead of requiring a decorative signature. Align the brief, review checklist and token template with the chosen direction.
• Include the product-evidence/visual-review workflow, Paseo God planning/verification/handoff improvements, and refreshed plugin listing overview, icon and cover already merged since v2.12.1.

Validation:

• macOS and Windows CI passed for commit 2ec7d0385a207ceef42c1ed8982b89f75bf02287.
• Local Python suites: 90 tests, 89 passed and 1 skipped.
• Plugin typecheck and all 24 plugin tests passed.
• All 15 design-check selftests passed in headless Microsoft Edge.
• Skill/frontmatter, package-version consistency, local Markdown links and 67 pinned Toss resources verified.
• The committed release ZIP passed integrity validation. All 11 skills were installed and reinstalled into isolated agents/Claude homes, with byte-for-byte agreement, backups and an unrelated fixture preserved.

These checks establish packaging and regression safety, not a measured improvement in generated design quality. No controlled before/after design comparison or real-device fleet rollout was performed for this release. Existing compatibility reports retain their original scope.

The package version and plugin version are 2.12.2. Installation does not upgrade or restart Paseo. Start a new agent session or reload integrations to use updated skill instructions.

Paseobility v2.12.1

Paseobility now supports Paseo 0.12.x and 0.13.x. The v2.12.0 plugin is rejected by a 0.13.0 daemon (requires Paseo >=0.12.0 <0.13.0); update to this release before or after upgrading Paseo.

• Plugin: requirements.paseo is now >=0.12.0 <0.14.0, built against the 0.13.0 SDK. Composer adapter failures no longer disable the version screen, updater or + menu. The server falls back to paseo on PATH when the macOS app CLI is missing.
• Native look: the version screen uses Paseo's own settings components, with a status badge and an icon grid of all skills and their installed state. The skill picker matches Paseo's popovers, supports arrow keys and Enter, and focuses search when it opens. A Command Center entry opens Paseobility. Labels follow the app language on 0.13 (English or Korean) and stay Korean on 0.12.
• paseo-multi: native connected hosts on 0.13 (list_hosts, serverId); the adapter stays for exec, capture, restart, update and registry-only hosts. Cleanup and multi report a clear error when Paseo's internal client interface changes.
• paseo-orchestration: a child's report and finish notification arrive as one message on 0.13. Trigger boundaries with Paseo's base skills (handoff, help, advisor, committee) are explicit.
• paseo-browser is shorter (Chrome lifecycle moved to a reference), paseo-cua has its own screenshot guide, and paseo-design includes the design-check fixes merged after v2.12.0.
• CI checks every documented and scripted paseo command, subcommand and flag against the recorded 0.13.0 CLI surface.

Validation: macOS and Windows CI. Live runs against throwaway Paseo 0.12.0 and 0.13.0 daemons: plugin install and run on both, cleanup dry-run and archive plus multi status/agents/cli/exec/restart on 0.13.0. The plugin GUI was checked in the published 0.12.0 and 0.13.0 web apps at 1440/768/375 px, light and dark, Korean and English, including skill insertion into an existing draft without sending. Details: docs/compatibility-0.13.0.md, docs/plugin-gui-validation.md.

Not verified: the native mobile app, native connected hosts across two machines, a Windows controller on 0.13, and an end-to-end updater replacement.

This package installs skill documents, helpers and the plugin source. It does not upgrade or restart Paseo. Start a new agent session or reload the skills to use the updated instructions.

Paseobility v2.12.0

Paseobility now prefers installed Ego Lite for ordinary web tasks, reusing one TaskSpace and its existing Page across rounds. Explicit Chrome selection retains the existing-window adapter.

• Add page-state and artifact verification for forms, iframes, popups, uploads and downloads; preserve the same space across recoverable interruptions.
• Connect browser and native-app work through an explicit Ego/Cua handoff. Cua must not attach a second page controller or bypass Ego user-control/permission stops.
• Add an opt-in ego-smoke.py --live --out <new-directory> verification runner and offline transport/failure-boundary tests. Installation and CI do not launch Ego.
• Add real Git checkout/archive/repeated-install regressions for Toss's pinned resource bytes.
• Update the plugin catalog and bilingual browser documentation.

Validation: macOS and Windows CI; 21 browser contract/runner tests; two local macOS Ego GUI smoke runs covering seven fresh Node rounds each; temporary-home and installed-tree digest checks. Plugin TypeScript validation and phone/tablet/desktop rendering have zero measured errors (two existing phone warnings).

Ego GUI evidence is macOS-only and uses a synthetic local fixture. Windows CI verifies offline contracts, not live Ego operation. Native-app editing, real account/login, user handoff, browser permission prompts and OS-process-kill cleanup are not certified. Existing Chrome's native tab helper remains macOS-only.

This package installs skill documents and helpers. It does not install/upgrade Ego Lite, transfer browser profiles, or restart Paseo. Start a new agent session or reload the skill to use the updated instructions.

Paseobility v2.11.0

Browser tasks now reuse one owned tab in an already-running Chrome window and verify that only that tab is closed afterwards. The tab journal supports recovery after an interrupted controller, and the helper refuses to launch Chrome or replace the user's browser profile.

• Add paseo-toss: one entrypoint for 11 official Apps-in-Toss Harness workflows, with 67 resources pinned to commit 255b636812d8b3a9b048d0a700644b9cbd8532c4 and verified by SHA-256.
• Update the eleven-skill catalog, installer diagnostics, plugin catalog, and browser guidance in the design workflow.
• Preserve pinned Toss resource bytes on Windows checkouts.
• Include the changes already on main since v2.9.3, including explicit paseo-god run records and the Paseobility plugin catalog.

Validation: macOS and Windows CI; 13 browser lifecycle contract tests; four Toss integrity tests; Mac mini live tab lifecycle verification (11 cases, baseline windows/tabs preserved). Plugin TypeScript validation and representative phone/tablet/desktop rendering have zero measured errors.

The new native Chrome lifecycle helper is macOS-only. Windows receives the skill package and guidance; native Windows Chrome tab lifecycle support is not implemented. Live lifecycle checks do not establish full click/fill/login coverage or automatic popup ownership. Existing sessions should reload the skill or start a new agent session. Installing this package does not restart Paseo or install browser integrations/OAuth credentials.

Paseobility v2.9.3 — Windows and remote Mac fixes

What changed

Paseobility v2.9.3 is a fix release. Running the installed pack on a Windows PC and three remote Macs reproduced three defects; each is fixed with a test.

• Share: list, latest and fetch no longer fail outright when one artifact stops validating (for example an .mp4 that an older release accepted). The invalid entry is skipped with a warning, and only validated metadata is ever used.
• Doctor: a stopped Cua daemon is reported as stopped. cua-driver 0.34.x answers status --json with exit 1 and its message on stderr, which the probe had read as an unsupported subcommand.
• Multi: exec --workspace ID supports daemons that require a workspace per terminal (Paseo 0.11.2: "workspaceId is required"), and the daemon's reason is shown instead of a bare "Remote terminal creation failed." The skill now notes that retained terminals keep the script in their command line, so credential-bearing runs should be closed right after completion.

No skill was added or removed; the package still contains ten skills.

Verification

macOS and Windows CI passed for this exact release commit. The fixes were also exercised live on one Windows 11 PC and three Macs (macOS 15.7, 15.8, 26.6) with Paseo 0.11.2: share listing against a real share repository, the doctor against an installed cua-driver 0.34.1, and exec --workspace on all three Macs. CloakBrowser 0.6.2 opened a page headless on all four machines. One Windows-only test (test_cua_driver_runtime.ps1, repeated migration) still fails on a PC with LongPathsEnabled=0 because its temporary backup path exceeds 260 characters; real install paths stay well below that.

Paseobility v2.9.2 — Complete skill improvements

What changed

Paseobility v2.9.2 completes the review and improvements for the nine existing skills and includes the separately added, explicit-only Paseo God v0 workflow. The package now contains ten skills.

• Cleanup / Multi: complete paginated agent snapshots, conservative lifecycle and permission guards, exact target identity, and bounded remote inspection.
• Browser / Cua: CloakBrowser 0.6.2 with Playwright 1.64.0; fresh Cua installs pinned to 0.34.1. Updated locator, result-wait, element-token and capture guidance. Existing working Cua drivers remain reused without automatic upgrades.
• Design / orchestration: refreshed Vercel guidelines, explicit upstream-only test skips, writer ownership, worktree handoff and verification after integration.
• Project / Share: nested AGENTS.md and declared package-manager detection; bounded Git processes and retries restricted to proven concurrent push rejections.
• Spyware check: current Gitleaks/OSV commands, Semgrep metrics disabled, source contents omitted from fallback reports, and a shorter entrypoint with optional detailed references.
• God v0: explicit task criteria, selective debugging/review/spike guidance and local resume records. The helper creates/reads records; it does not execute tasks or automatically write memory.

Verification

macOS and Windows CI passed for this exact release commit, including the new Windows PowerShell scanner fixture and the real local Git concurrency test. All nine audited installed skill trees matched source on the local Mac. Source, installed files and automated checks do not establish every provider/platform's real-world behavior: Linux live operation, fresh remote dispatch and native Cua GUI end-to-end validation remain outside this result.
