Complete Basic Functionality

This version is fully functional at its most basic level. In the src directory, running run.py supports -i, -o, and -e tags for denoting and input file, output file, and whether newlines need to be added to the input file. Input files for current format must use .txt extension and contain proper quizbowl packet formatting. Expanded powerpoints can be found in the output directory unless a full file path was specified.
