Migrates this repository to the split agent-policy layout with the generation-3 migrator from have-config@2f0d526a (tag agent-policy-v1.0.10).

  • dedicated byte-canonical .github/workflows/agent-policy.yml (previous stable release's exact consumer shape, per the compatibility bridge)
  • validation workflow isolated to code events (types: [opened, synchronize, reopened]), folded lifecycle block removed
  • previous-release managed kernel block preserved so this PR stays green under the current v1.0.9 pin
  • .prettierignore exemption for the byte-canonical workflow where the repo uses prettier

The repository AGENT_POLICY_ARTIFACT pin was repointed to the stable v1.0.9 digest ahead of this PR (rollout checklist: migrate → verify → advance). After this lands and a lifecycle run is observed, the pin advances to the generation-3 digest.

Rollout context: have-config#180, have-config#181.

Generated by scripts/hv-agent migrate-repo at happyvertical/have-config@2f0d526a (agent-policy-v1.0.10): dedicated byte-canonical agent-policy.yml, pure-validation selector workflow, preserved previous-release kernel block, and prettier exemption where applicable. The repository pin was repointed to the stable v1.0.9 digest ahead of this PR per the artifact rollout checklist; advancing to the generation-3 digest follows once this lands. Context: happyvertical/have-config#180.
