Fixes

• Replay order on legacy bridges: opening an old session no longer appends an earlier page to the end of the conversation. On bridges older than 0.44.1 (unmarked page updates) the collection window now stays open past the session/load_earlier response until the page burst settles, so the whole page prepends.
• Download feedback: downloads now show a global toast (visible on every screen, including the file browser), a live percent on the download button, and the concrete failure reason (HTTP status, timeout, TLS error) instead of a silent or generic failure.
