v0.26.4 fixes resource cleanup, exception and null handling, and Windows publishing. Native release files and NuGet packages now receive the same validation in CI and release builds. Size-check reports and managed baselines use private temporary directories.
Dependencies are updated, including the PostCSS security fix. The repository now has a security policy, private vulnerability reporting, Dependabot updates, and CodeQL checks. All reported CodeQL findings were fixed without suppressions.
