- SeqSearch now works against older Seq builds (e.g. 2024.3.x) that
  don't expose the Scan link, via a capability probe + PagedEnumerateAsync

- Target framework bumped to net10.0 (requires .NET 10 runtime)
- Seq.Api 2025.2.0 -> 2025.2.2
- Test coverage split into legacy/modern Seq fixtures
