- New tool: SeqConvertFilter converts fuzzy expressions to strict
  Seq filter syntax, returning the strict expression plus metadata
  on whether it was treated as a text search
- SeqSearch gained optional parameters: signalId, fromDateUtc,
  toDateUtc, afterId (pagination), timeoutSeconds
- SeqSearch filter is no longer marked [Required] and defaults to
  ""; both "" and "*" return all events
- Filter syntax errors from Seq are wrapped with a more helpful
  message pointing at the documented filter forms
