• show the config under the "Config" tab
• option to add "Known" peers in Syncthing
• split "Topology" screen into configured and actual

• allow tephramesh wide syncthing ignore rules

when managing tephramesh wide syncthing ignore rules, a distinct section for the rules will be created amongst all instances. each instance can still have its own individual rules otherwise.
