RBBB 0.1.0.pre.2 — experimental evaluation build

Experimental evaluation package for the RBBB Ruby reference engine. Not production ready; do not use it to accept or resolve live bids. Supports Ruby 3.2 and newer.

Changes since 0.1.0.pre.1 (PRs #15–#26): extensions can no longer shorten closing time; bids before opening time and out-of-order authoritative times are rejected; timestamps require an explicit UTC offset and are millisecond-precision; every contract integer is bounded at 2^53−1; rejections carry status and a declared reason-specific field only; State#to_h is a full aggregate snapshot with State.from_transition / Engine#restore checkpointing and State#public_view; opens_at and closes_at are required. See CHANGELOG.md for the full list. The aggregate and rejection contracts changed shape, so this build is incompatible with 0.1.0.pre.1.

Installation: download the attached gem, then run gem install ./rbbb-0.1.0.pre.2.gem. Verify with ruby -rrbbb -e 'puts RBBB::VERSION'.
