What's changed

  • identify: closed 3 detector gaps found on the spaces corpus (06-05..06-11).
  • all now fails loudly when the [gpu] extra is missing. The invisible (SynthID) step is skipped without the extra; previously the run printed a quiet inline warning and still exited 0, so a skipped step looked like a clean result. It now prints a prominent end-of-run banner that the invisible watermark was NOT removed and exits with a non-zero status, so scripts and batch callers can detect the incomplete run.
