• Updates now install in place: the app checks once a day and, when a new version is out, an "Install" button appears in the panel footer. Nothing pops up while you work. Turn automatic checks off in Settings.
• Times follow your clock setting: "10 PM" or "22:00".
• Buttons and messages follow Apple's style ("Start Timer", "Sleep Now").
• Launch at login explains why it could not be turned on, if macOS refuses.
