• Declare OAuth with metadata-document registration and the restricted setup resource.
• Add five positive onboarding cases and three negative cases for directory review.

The ZIP installs in Codex and Claude Code. The production setup service still awaits deployment; reviewer access, completed onboarding, the demo recording and directory submissions remain outstanding. The review cases are prepared, not executed.
