Model delivery

This GitHub release now follows the official lightweight app pattern:

• Install the APK first
• Open Settings & Models inside the app
• Download Gemma 4 E2B or Gemma 4 E4B from the in-app model manager

Why this change:

• GitHub Release assets have a hard per-file size limit of 2 GiB
• A fully bundled Gemma 4 APK exceeds that limit
• Shipping a lightweight APK keeps installation simple while preserving real on-device model downloads inside Beacon

What this release delivers

• Real on-device emergency guidance powered by Gemma 4
• Offline-first knowledge grounding from bundled emergency and survival sources
• Session memory for continuous conversations inside the active emergency session
• Android and iOS native shells in the public repository
• Camera and local photo intake flow
• 20-language UI support with manual switching and Arabic RTL
• Bilingual repository docs and contribution flows

Known limitations

• iOS release-device coverage is still expanding
• The GitHub release APK does not prebundle the Gemma model because of GitHub's 2 GiB asset limit
• This is a serious public pre-release, not the final app store delivery package
