i18n Quality

• Fixed 46 French diacritics (é, è, ê, à, apostrophes)
• Fixed 13 German diacritics (ü, ö, ß)
• 4 new keys added across all 20 languages

Android Native Hardening

• @Volatile on session memory for thread safety
• User input sanitized: control characters stripped
• Prompt injection markers (BEGIN/END USER MESSAGE, BEGIN/END EVIDENCE)

Testing & CI

• 14 new component tests (NavBar, LanguageSwitcher, MarkdownMessage)
• CI now runs tsc --noEmit and dart analyze --fatal-infos
• Total: 83 frontend tests, 8 Dart tests, 5 Android tests — all passing

• Beacon-SOS-v0.2.0-arm64.apk — ARM64 only, ~29 MB (model downloaded on first launch)
