Fixes iTerm tab focusing for Claude Code, Codex, and tmux buttons. Cross-window jumps now verify the target iTerm window, tab, and tty before succeeding; minimized windows are restored; tmux clients are targeted deterministically; and overlapping button presses no longer queue stale jumps. Includes 476 passing automated tests and an Impasse-reviewed implementation.
