v0.1.0-rc.4 — Visual composition presets
Pre-release
Pre-release
This release candidate publishes VOCE's declarative visual-composition surface through all four public packages.
Highlights:
- 30 stable composition presets backed by 29 typed ontology paths.
- Preset selections expand into ordinary ChangeIntent records before constraint and PromptIR compilation.
- Incompatible shot-scale preferences resolve deterministically; excluded preferences remain visible instead of silently last-winning.
- Selection artwork is host UI/documentation guidance, not a model reference and does not consume reference budget.
- Core exports the catalog and expansion helpers; voce doctor --json reports the stable catalog ID, hash, path count, and preset count.
- RC.4 compatibility fixtures and clean-consumer coverage exercise the packaged public surface.
Validation:
- Annotated tag, GitHub workflow checkout, npm provenance source, and packages bind to main@70ecee52665c0d0002751e00896618ac0b74877a.
- PR #28 passed Ubuntu Node 20, Windows Node 20, Node 22 consumer, validation, and release-candidate manifest checks.
- Post-merge release-candidate, clean-room, reproducibility, security, and 93-file checksum gates passed.
- All four @voce-engine/* packages are published at 0.1.0-rc.4 under npm next.
- A clean public-registry consumer passed imports, declarations, schemas, CLI doctor, all 30 presets, and the three bundled ScenarioPack offline paths.
- Three separately authorized Seedream composition calls returned HTTP 200 with zero retries. Images remain ignored local qualitative evidence; one sample under-expressed long-shot scale and centered symmetry and is recorded as a non-blocking stochastic quality gap.
Standard CI remains offline and Mock-only. Private inputs, generated images, credentials, and temporary Provider URLs are not release assets. This remains a prerelease and is not production-ready. See docs/acceptance/v0.1.0-rc.4.md for the acceptance boundary.
