New: per-scenario setup/teardown hooks — shell commands run outside the cached plan (every replay) for fixtures or cleanup, so non-idempotent CREATE tests can hard-delete what they create. Docs: idempotency principle + 'flakiness becomes signal'. From a beta report. Published as windupjs@0.29.0.
