Dynamic values (config.resolve): unblocks OTP codes, magic-links and passwordless login. Declare a resolver (source: cmd/http/fn + extract: regex|json + poll) and a plan references it via value_ref (fill) or url_ref (goto) — fetched with polling at run time. The source is author-declared (never LLM-generated); the value is ephemeral (never cached, reported or logged). Validated live: a cached OTP-login replay fetches the runtime code and completes at $0.
