Three CI features: run --trace (Playwright trace + screenshot saved on failure, linked from the HTML report — see what happened in CI); run --all --tag (tag scenarios, run a subset — smoke on push, full nightly); and run --github (::error:: annotations per failed scenario + a job-summary table under GitHub Actions). Each tested and validated live.
