Wisp Wallet Pre-release

This update focuses on VEX Native account creation, backup security, and Android stability.

What's Changed

• Free VEX Native account creation now runs through the Wisp API, with retry and recovery when the network is interrupted.
• New accounts receive CPU, NET, RAM, and an initial 0.0001 VEX balance from create.wisp.
• Recovery phrase is now the primary backup option. Private keys remain available under advanced options, with Hide and Copy actions.
• Bottom sheets, keyboards, and action buttons are more reliable across authorization, Resource Setup, RAM, REX, Assets, Activity, and DApps.
• The resource account selector now matches Home, including the active-account checkmark and VEX balance.
• The Android navigation bar follows the light or dark theme while sheets are open.
• Backup opening and multichain key processing are faster.
