If its too hard, just give up
I'm not clever enough, this is for people much smarter than me
This is too stressful, why is it only others that can handle this?
We all have had the feelings listed above at some point but they tend to lead us down an emotional alley where we find it difficult to see that we are actually learning as we go and that we are always learning. So lets ask again.
- Ability is not fixed but can change with time and effort
- Staying emotionally calm, though difficult in frustrating times can be beneficial to learning
- Ask for help, read more and experiment. In short, fail better.
