Issue
When using the Wingflex A320 Overhead Panel with X-Plane 12 and the ToLiss A320neo on Wings-Bridge-V3.0.0.1-Hotfix.exe, the overhead panel does not initialize correctly after launching X-Plane 12 and starting a flight.
The push buttons remain black, the internal button LEDs do not light up, and the battery voltage displays remain off.
The panel only starts working after disconnecting the USB cable from the overhead panel and reconnecting it.
This issue does not occur when using Wings-Bridge_2.5.1.13.exe. On V2.5.1.13, the overhead panel works correctly without needing to reconnect USB.
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch X-Plane 12.
- Load the ToLiss A320neo.
- Open Wings-Bridge-V3.0.0.1-Hotfix.exe.
- Connect the Wingflex A320 Overhead Panel.
- Start a flight.
- Observe the overhead panel button backlighting, internal LEDs, and battery voltage displays.
- Disconnect and reconnect the overhead panel USB cable.
- Observe that the panel starts working after USB reconnection.
Expected Result
The A320 Overhead Panel should initialize correctly when X-Plane 12 and the ToLiss A320neo are launched.
Push button LEDs and battery voltage displays should work without requiring a USB reconnect.
Actual Result
After every X-Plane 12 restart, the push buttons remain black, the internal button LEDs do not light, and the battery voltage displays remain off.
The panel only works after unplugging and reconnecting the USB cable.
Workaround
Disconnect and reconnect the overhead panel USB cable after starting X-Plane 12.
Alternatively, use Wings-Bridge_2.5.1.13.exe, where the panel initializes correctly.
Notes
Firmware upgrade did not resolve the issue.
This appears to be a regression in V3.0.0.1 Hotfix, since the same hardware setup works correctly on V2.5.1.13.
