Adversarially-hardened mechanical gate + self-improvement system.

  • ledger_check.py v2: fixes 4 real defects (escaped pipes, foreign tables, bold status, prose pseudo-evidence), each caught by an executed adversarial test. Embeds --self-test (9/9).
  • --catches: makes the retro-loop itself machine-checkable.
  • Doctrine: Retro Loop + SKEPTIC_CATCHES.md, named-attack rule, WAIVED in the Panel, [AUDIT] trace.
  • Auto-evolution agents shipped in the repo (.claude/agents/): skeptic, retro-analyst, skill-surgeon, scout.

Install: unzip Skill_WinCreator.skill into ~/.claude/skills/. Verify with python3 Skill_WinCreator/scripts/ledger_check.py --self-test (expect 9/9 passed).
