[2.3.3] 2026-09-05 AWN Compendium and fixes
Fix on attack roll failing if first attribute was ask and second was set.
Weapon attack bonus accepts a dice formula or an annotated number (e.g. 1d4, 2[cyberarm]) instead of a plain number. Existing values are converted automatically. (Thanks @pandanielxd)
An NPC with shock damage on its stat block now uses it for every weapon attack, in place of the weapon's own shock. (Thanks @pandanielxd)
Fixed the melee attack bonus being applied to characters under the CWN armor setting. It is an NPC stat-block field with no character equivalent, so melee attacks were rolling a fixed 1 in place of the character's attack bonus.
Fixed compendium tokens using the bundled game-icons.net art rendering undersized on the canvas. Those SVGs declared no width/height attributes, so Foundry sized the texture from a fallback rather than the art. Affects the AWN and WWN actor compendiums.
The AWN Actors compendium is populated with the 95 stat blocks from Creatures of the Wastes, foldered by type (Animals, Beastfolk, Cyborgs, Humans, Mutant Animals, Mutant Humanoids, Robots, Zombies). Natural attacks ship as weapon items and named abilities as features; the shared Cyborg, Human, and Zombie special-ability menus are attached to the stat blocks that draw from them.
The AWN Items compendium is filled out from the Ashes Without Number Equipment chapter with 313 entries (in folders) covering weapons, mods, survival gear, pharmaceuticals, vehicle gear, and the 150 high-tech devices, and the chapter's d100 and dN tables ship as RollTables whose results link to the matching items.
The AWN Actors compendium gains the nine Equipment-chapter vehicles (Motorcycle, Micro Flyer, Car, Truck, Helicopter, Hovercycle, Gravcar, Gravtruck, Atmoflyer) in a Vehicles folder, with scrap cost, run hours, and fuel load recorded; km/h is left at 0 because AWN gives only the abstract Speed stat.
