UMG MCP v2.0: Material API & Stability Update

This release marks a significant milestone in enabling full AI-assisted UMG workflows.

Core Features of v2.0:

• UMG Material Support: Added initial API for material manipulation, including custom HLSL injection and parameter management.
• Universal Workflow: UMG Layouts, Blueprints, and Animations are now largely stable and ready for production experimentation.
• Fab Marketplace Edition: Officially launched the Fab version for direct engine installation and optimized context management.

Looking Ahead (Future Roadmap):

• Radical API Simplification: Transitioning towards a 4-command HLSL-centric workflow (Refer to Issue #10).
• Advanced Context Compression: Further reducing Token usage during heavy material and logic editing.
• Commercial Logic Priority: Prioritized features for the Fab edition.
