v0.1.2.2 - minor tweaks and small features

-added circle distance fading sliders to allow for customization of when the start and finish circles fade out
-tweaked self circle fading to scale with start / finish circle radii
-added Distance reading to the data chart, formerly known as velocity chart. This shows the distance to the start circle border
-adjusted default start and finish radii for Custom mode down to 100 units and 200 units respectively
-lowered the minimum finish circle radius down to 60 units
