Bug Fixes

• Disconnect, chat close, inactivity, and session-capacity retirement let accepted turns finish and persist their model, tool, and handoff results before exit. Reconnecting cancels pending retirement; explicit Stop remains effective. Cancelled public calls settle through a terminal error event and through the history API.
• With Relay 0.3.17 and Session 0.6.8 installed, affected users can remove the local backend wind-down and cancellation-settlement patches after checking the published versions in their environment.
